Can't access files from computer s23

I am unable to see samsung galaxy s23 from computer while using USB cable.

I try several cables and computer but without success.

I didnt see the options to change the mode to file sharing.

What operating system is on the computer?  Windows has an N model that will not allow you to connect an external device (of this nature).  I encountered this once, and tried to circumvent the limitation, but nothing I tried worked.
