Can't receive a call when using Verizon/Mint Mobile

Anyone experiencing incoming call going to vociemail? I use Verizon as main with Mint Mobile as secondary. 

I could not receive any call until I turned off and on the device. It is quite frustrating.

It does not happen all the time, but when it happens, no good.
