Galaxy S23On my phone (S23+), YouTube can't be uninstalled, but it can be hidden or disabled.
To disable YouTube, just long press on its icon and tap "Disable". Be aware that it may not stay disabled. If it gets updated, you may have to go back and disable it again.
If you just want to hide it, go to your app drawer and tap the three-dots menu on the right side of the search bar. Under Settings, go to Hide apps on Home and Apps Screen. On the list of apps that comes up, just select the ones that you don't want to see anymore. Tap "Done" when you're finished.
I hope this helps you.
