Galaxy S23
I've been having this notification/alert/headache for almost 3 weeks now.
I've Exhausted every single troubleshooting method available and it's still there .
Never submerged phone in water but regardless, this needs some attention.
Att nor Samsung will fix this issue.
I'm panicking that this new device will be further damaged from all the troubleshooting methods.

Sure. Issues like that can be annoying and needs to be addressed. If it works that's good if not post again.
