How do I make bixby add text to an existing memo note?

For instance while driving if I want to add something to my "to do" memo I can get bixby to open up that memo but it does not then add text- what specific command do I need to use?

You have to say add new note then say what you want it to write i just now did this twice and it worked perfectly

You have to make a new note everytime it doesnt just open up to the last note

But these are the commands you can say

I would think you'd first have to give the note a title like "to do list", and then ask Bixby to add an item to to-do list.  I don't think Bixby can open an untitled note.
