Which is better light mode or dark mode??

I prefer Dark mode because it’s easier on the eyes and helps reduce battery usage

Dark mode uses less of the screen so you save battery percentage plus at 4am in a dark room white background kill my eyes so I will always use dark mode

I prefer light mode. I think dark mode is an abomination and cringe every time someone posts a dark mode screen shot. If the screen brightness start to irritate me, I either lower the brightness or put a color filter on.

it really depends on your preference, it could depend on whether lightness in the morning hurts your eyes, if you want to save more battery life, or even if you have contrast reading issues. if it's easier for you to read white text on a black background, you like saving more battery, and your eyes will be in pain if you wake up at like 2:00 in the morning and receive a really bright light to the eyes, then dark mode is your thing.

I prefer light mode. I have rarely used dark mode on my devices and can't think of the last time I have actually. Everybody is different, so choosing between the two options would depend on your preference.
