Error 500 when installing the new security update on S23

Is anyone having trouble installing the new security update because when I try to update my phone it's says error 500 and I don't know how to fix it

I am also having this problem with Samsung fold 6 Verizon network

I had same issue, and tt Verizon tech rep. She gave me steps to correct, and it worked for me.

Yeah it's a verizon server issue not sure what's going on or if they are even fixing it

Just noticed this issue myself. Il give it a bit i guess
