Galaxy S23Hi,
After the 6.1 update I am experiencing terrible battery life on my S23Ultra. It has went from all day usage to 4-5 hours max. Also to compound the problem further, I am only able to draw between 1W to 5W when charging.
I have tried different chargers / playing around with battery protection options / I have cleared the device cache as I seen recommended elsewhere.
Can anyone help me with this? It has literally went from the best phone I ever had to the worst with this single update. Does anyone know if Samsung plan to release a fix for this?

Galaxy S23after a major update, it takes your phone a few days to relearn your usage patterns. in addition, your phone is trying to settle in with the new update. give it a bit.
It also help to wipe your cache partition:
- Back up data on the internal memory.
- If you have signed into a Samsung account on the device, you have activated Anti-theft and will need your Samsung credentials to finish the master reset.
- With the device off, press and hold the Volume Up key first, then the Side key. Continue holding while the device powers on.
- When the Android logo displays, release all keys and wait until you get the Android system recovery menu options.
- Press Volume down to highlight Wipe data / factory reset, then press Side key to select it.
- Continue using the Volume down and Side keys to confirm your choice and agree to data deletion.
- When complete, highlight Reboot system now with the Volume down key and select it with the Side key.

Galaxy S23It's been a month.
It's a software problem, not a sudden S23 problem.
