Open your Phone settings

and tap the search icon

and search for Font size and you can change the size

also in

Display

Font Size and style

and move the slider

And if it's in the message app in particular, just pinch&zoom. I've switched it accidentally multiple times before.

Just make sure you're in chat, otherwise it won't work.
