Hi guys, my phone isn't making the sound I want. When I go into the settings and choose a sound I want, it just vibrates and doesn't even play the sound. However, the ringtone works fine. I've gone through multiple checks via this site as well as YouTube, and still nothing. I've checked the app notifications, checked the "Do Not Disturb" setting, and turned off Bluetooth since I've read that apparently that can mess with it sometimes. Urgh! Driving me mad hahaha!
@Mossymx123 You didn't mention if you had had checked the Sound settings or the volume level for notifications.
In phone settings -> Sounds and vibration, make sure that you have the phone set to Sound.
In phone settings -> Sounds and vibration -> Volume, make sure that you have the volume level set for Notifications above 0. If it is set to 0 (all the way to the left) it won't make any sound.
