Health app won't let me walk with friends

Every time I choose the together tab it tells me it can't verify my identity. I've tried this for months and even contacted support but they couldn't help either. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Are there any solutions?

I'm having the same exact issue, but my error number is 5505.
