Galaxy S23Hello, does anyone know of a way that when asking Bixby to play music, it is from another app other than Spotify, in my case I would like it to be from YouTube Music.

Galaxy S23Your problem is probably that you need to install the capsule for YouTube Music so that Bixby will know how to interact with that app.
Open Bixby and tap discover (small icon that looks like a compass).
In the upper right corner of the next screen, tap the magnifying glass and search for YouTube Music.
Tap YouTube Music in the list of search results and at the bottom of the next page, tap the Add button. Tapping "You can say" will show you some of the commands that you can use with Bixby to control YouTube Music.
