Hello Ineedh3lp, welcome to the Community and thank you for reaching out. I can understand how inconvenient it is to not get notifications from a specific app(s). What app(s) is the lack of notifications happening with? If the behavior is only occurring with one app, it is likely isolated to that one app, and you should contact the app developers for further assistance.

Try resetting the apps:

Go to Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots on the top right >> Reset app preferences >> Reset.

Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings (Please note that this will reset Wi-Fi, Cellular data, and Bluetooth settings which means you will have to input your Wi-Fi credentials again.

Try is reinstalling the app(s). Often times, a fresh reinstall can help.

If a reinstall did not make the notifications come back, I'd try clearing your device's cache partition using these steps:
• Ensure the device is powered off. If the device is unresponsive/frozen, press and hold the Power button for approximately 10 seconds or until the device power cycles.
• Press and hold the Volume Up button and the Home button.
• While continuing to hold the Home and Volume Up buttons, press and hold the Power button until 'RECOVERY BOOTING' appears in the upper left then release all buttons.
• Select wipe cache partition. Utilize the Volume Up/Down buttons to highlight and the Power button to select.
• Select reboot system now. Option is highlighted, utilize the Power button to select.

If the app(s) behaviors don't improve after that, it may be time to try a factory reset. Make sure to back up everything prior to doing this, and follow the guide carefully: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/

If you are still not receiving notifications from multiple apps, we recommend having the phone evaluated by an authorized technician. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers near you that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864.

This happened to me two months ago after an update to my S22. I checked all the settings, cleared the cache and tried all the recommendations I saw here. None of them worked. I'm just waiting to switch to a Pixel now
