I can I backup Secure Folder to Google

I like the secret folder, but can I back it up to my Google stuff before I activate it? And also I don't want it to remind me that I have it whenever I turn on.Did they ever fix it?Because I am about to activate it

No, you cannot back up secure folder to an online source. However, you can back up secure folder when you do a complete backup to a USB drive.

I thought you could though? It transferred to my new phone when I got it a few months ago? The secure folder inside Google pictures right? Did for me. 🤷
