I love Samsung, but unfortunately my 23 ultra has some software issues

Also unfortunately I won't be able to update my S23 ultra due to software issues. And it came like that from the factory but tech support will not fixed till I paid for them to fix the issue. They're crazy not paying for something that I didn't brake

Lol what issues are you having? Complaining about support is not going to get you anywhere. First step i do after each update is clear cache, you should try that.
