Is it possible to redirect calls to another number when DND mode is on?

hello i have s23 ultra i was wondering if i can redirect calls to another number only when dnd mode on im aware of forward options but they dont seem to work on samsung like on iphone focus mode where i can choose to recieve calls or just direct them to another number without turning airplane mode on

Call Forwarding is a network feature which not available with all carriers, so I don't think that this is possible; however, you can set a Routine that would put the phone to DND and respond with a text message to the caller asking them to reach out to you at another number.
