Lock screen shows never ending widget loading in top corner

Ever since the last update when I'm on the lock screen, on the top left hand corner there's a notification that it's loading widget data, and it never disappears! Anyone else, any fixes?

Try a wipe cache partition!

This should fix it.

There are many posts on this forum on how to do this.
