Does anyone know another way to factory reset a s23 ultra. I've tried the hard rest with the volume up and down and power button but I get nothing. O found my phone after it being lost and I do not remember the code. It was through find my phone and for some reason the phone has been taken off the smart things find. It's in air plane mode, can't do anything to is. Please help
To start the phone from off to get into maintenance mode it is the power button and the volume UP key (not both volume keys). You would use the volume down and power buttons to reboot your phone if it was on when you wanted to enter maintenance mode, and then quickly switch to the volume up key wen the phone starts to reboot.
