One UI 6.1, S23 Ultra, Device Care - Performance profile, still missing "High Performance mode" or "Maximum Performance mode" in the options, has only "Standard mode" & "Light mode" when in One UI 5 they had that feature, add this mode as fast as possible back to newer versions of One UI.
