Contact your service provider and see if their tech support can force the most recent updates to your phone.

Back up all your data, either on Samsung cloud, One Drive, or Google, etc, then factory reset your phone. If you have a lot of secure apps that require a login then use a password manager app (Samsung Pass, Microsoft Authenticator, etc) and login into EVERYTHING through that. Then factory reset your phone. It's an absolute PITA but that seems to kick start for the next updates.
