Thank you so much for posting. Welcome to the Samsung Community. We understand your camera and microphone stopped working after the new update. Here are some steps to get your camera and microphone working again. If these steps don't solve your issue please, provide more details regarding what you are experiencing. 

Please restart your device. This can solve any temporary glitch caused by updates. Attempt to clear your camera cache, and reset camera app settings.
 Check many camera apps and apps that use microphone to rule out if issue occurs with only one or some apps. 

If camera and microphone works with some apps, permissions may need to be given to app where issue is occurring. Permissions may change after an update. To ensure permissions are toggled on correctly follow these steps. 
Go to settings > Apps > Select the app you want to use the camera with > Permissions> camera should be on 
Go to settings > Apps > Select the app you want to use the microphone with > Permissions> microphone should be on
Check your microphone port for any blockage or debris. If found, clean with a soft dry brush. 

Sometimes a phone fails to perform properly when a third party app is causing the issue. Safe Mode allows you to identify if this is the reason. 

Press and hold the side button and volume down button at the same time> tap Safe mode icon when it appears> Safe mode will display at the bottom of screen> check if issue is still ongoing> if issue is no longer there a third party app is causing this> exit Safe mode by restarting device> Uninstall most recent apps until malicious app is uninstalled 

If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician.
