My phone will not connect unless I'm in WiFi; why? I've not had any problems until about 3 days ago. Is anyone else having this issue or can someone explain why and how to fix it, please and thank you.
1. Check to see if mobile data is enabled in settings 2. Make sure airplane mode is disabled 3. Turn Wi-Fi off, wait a minute, then turn back on. 4. A simple restarting your phone can fix Wi-Fi only connecting.
I can't even get on the internet with or without internet. Data or wifi. I'm told by samsung that it is a safety setting, but it just started. I can get in most sites. Frustrated. I can't do business on a phone that does not work.
