The latest Samsung update seriously did a number on my galaxy s23+. I cannot send or receive calls or messages, and my battery life is terrible. Anyone else having this problem?
Yes, I am having connection issues with calls and texts since the update to 6.1. I've done all the troubleshooting steps including doing a factory reset on my phone but somehow it had the 6.1 software on it and the problem still exists. I thought it was an issue with T-mobile and they want to send me a CPO phone replacement but I don't want to go through all of that and still have the issues.
