No update available to One UI 6? AT&T S23 Ultra

I can't seem to figure out how to update. When I go to the settings in my phone it finds no update. Am I doing something wrong?

Try using smartswitch on your PC. When you connect it'll ping the update server and tell you if an update is available for you.

Did you buy the phone from AT&T and still have an active AT&T SIM card? Otherwise, indicate the original phone carrier/lock status and current carrier.
