Not receiving calls

Anyone have an issue receiving calls? I have an S23+, I've tried every troubleshooting method with my carrier and calls still going to voicemail. No call forwarding or blocking on and I can call out but calls keep going to voicemail. Any ideas?

They were having service issues. It's been fixed since

Unfortunately, no issues with service in my area. My daughter's phone on the same network is working just fine. It's just my device.

Have the carrier refresh your settings and reset your network in connection settings

They did. Several times, no one can figure it out. They're now directing me to Samsung. I did a factory reset and changed Sim cards. Nothing is working. I'm stumped
