I don't have anything stored under Samsung. But I didn't have to sign in. My pics are on Google cloud. So, it shouldn't have anything to delete. Am I correct?

Samsung is warning you that Samsung Cloud will no longer be available to back up your photos after the date. They have partnered with Microsoft to automatically backup your photos going forward. However, having them on Google cloud is fine, it just won't be done automatically through the Gallery app. The message will continue to warn you because you haven't turn on the sync with OneDrive, but you should be good with Google cloud.

I really recommend getting a backup hard drive for your phone and anything else that has important documents or sentimental items on it
