Galaxy S23Hello Eqazza, Welcome to the Community. We understand the disappointment of not being able to access the Mobile Data toggle in the Quick Panel settings.
There are steps you can try to restore the feature.
1. Clear the cache partition and repair apps through the recovery menu.
To get to recovery mode:
- Turn off phone
- Once off, hold down volume up and power buttons simultaneously
- When Samsung logo appears, release power button BUT KEEP HOLDING VOLUME UP until the recovery menu appears
- Use volume buttons to navigate down to clear cache (NOT CLEAR DATA/ FACTORY RESET)
- Use power button to select.
- Run the repair apps option and your device will restart.
2. Test the phone in Safe Mode. Once you place the phone in Safe Mode, see if you are able to view and add the Mobile Data toggle to the Quick Panel settings. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/
3. Perform a backup and factory reset of the phone. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/
If the feature is still not available, please submit an error report to provide the data to the developers. https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/mobile-devices/raising-an-error-report-via-samsung-members-app/
