My eyelids burn, my eyes feel strain and my vision seems affected, and I get headaches. Its to the point that I have to limit my time looking at it. Samsung S23 ultra

@sgrprasad as others have suggested, using the built in blue-light filter on your phone can work wonders. Also, consider lowering the brightness using the "extra dim" functionality (located in Settings>Accessibility > Visibility enhancements) can help as well. This allows for the screen's brightness to be diminished far more than normal. Hope this helps!
