Phone freezing and restarting

My S23 keeps freezing and restarting. I've done tech support with both Samsung and ATT and they can't find the source. I was hoping the new update that just came out would help but it didn't. Even when I had my phone in "Safe Mode" I received a message "Some apps or processes are overloading the system (CPU)"

Has anyone experienced this and been able to fix it? Their next troubleshooting step is to do a factory reset but I really want to avoid that if I can, especially if it's not even guaranteed to resolve the issue.

I would suggest taking it to a certified repair center to have the phone checked out since its doing it in safe mode also.  They will run some tests on your device and hopefully figure out whats causing the issue.

Any idea how much it will cost since my phone is no longer under warranty?

I'm not sure how much it would be for them to run the tests you can call and they should be able to give a est. on the price.  I would also suggest running the diagnostic testing in the support tab of the Members app to see if it might show a issue also.
