Phone trying to download software update, but then shows there is no update?

My phone has been trying to download software update all day. It says there is one, shows the download bar. Hangs for up to 5 minutes then says there is no update 

Has done this 6times so far. What gives?

I don't believe it's for the s23 as it never starts. Which means it's not getting the right checksum from the phone!
