Galaxy S23I just switched phone and am now realizing I don't have the option to not have to press okay after my pin which is very annoying. Is there a way to have it without a 6 pin password?? I've seen people say to add numbers uncheck then check again and then delete the extra number but it's not working. Is there another way, was it patched??

Galaxy S23Unfortunately that workaround to do with 4 digits without pressing OK doesn't work anymore after the 6.1.1 update. š

Galaxy S23**bleep** that's sad š I might try to factory reset my phone as it's brand new and I'd updated it before doing that, hopefully that works š¤š»

Galaxy S23Now assuming the OP have a S23 model and...
If its a brand new phone and you don't have 6.1.1 (its going to show 6.1 as 6.1.1 is only for flip, fold & tablets) you should be able to do it.
Instructions:
Using 9999 as the passcode
ā Type 6 digits: 999966
ā Uncheck then check again
"Confirm pin without typing OK"
ā Delete the last 2 digits (66) = 9999
ā Press Continue
ā Press Use Anyway
ā Type the four digits again: 9999
ā Press OK
Note: You have to press ok after typing the 4 digits if you restart the phone.
You'll need to do this again on every reboot.

Galaxy S23Check your software version.
5CXJ1 (last 5 digits) = 6.1.1
with October Security Patch.
If you have it, 4 pin won't be possible anymore.
