Galaxy S23It happened with the first phone I received, I thought it was a phone malfunction. Returned the phone, which was a huge hassle, only for it to happen to this phone a few days ago.
I called samsung and was told to go under settings and change svpen settings to always connected however I feel that for this amount of money it should work properly. Having it connected always drains the battery.

Another step to try is Resetting All Settings. This can be found by going to Settings>General Management>Reset.
