These are the worst preorder trade-in deals ever. How dare Samsung try forcing us to sign contracts for 36 months with carriers to get the best deals. Gen Mill and Gen Z hate contracts. People need to boycott till they drop the prices for unlocked trade. For the previous s22 and fold and flip 4 models. CLEARLY SOME PEOPLE ARE BRAINWASHED STILL GETTING THEM. Sadly looking for clout as well. How pathetic.
I've attempted to pre-order about 7 or 8 times already and every single time I keep getting my order canceled with the following email being sent. "Weāre really sorry, but weāve cancelled the items shown below because we couldnāt verify some or all of your payment information. Please sign into your account to place your order again using a different credit card".
I've purchased pre-orders with Samsung financing many times and never had this issue until now. Something is wrong with your system and one attempt away from giving up on attempting to pre-order until next year.
Samsung verifies your credit by putting pending charge on your credit card. If it did not go through, you want to check with your bank or use another credit card.
I got $ 2000.00 with my Trade-in for two phones, I wanted the unlocked version but Samsung was offering half of what I'm getting now, plus Verizon will unlock the phones after 60 days.
Did you purchase/trade in through Samsung or Verizon? Did you need to have the trade in phone activated before ordering? I saw a note that said the phone must be the active line. I have an iPhone I want to trade in instead of the flip phone I'm currently using. Thanks for your advice.
What a joke t his year! Such horrible trade in values even for the s22u. I cancelled my order for s23u the next day and sent a complaint to samsung. They are treating their long term customers poorly this year. Much discussion on other forums of people not upgrading for the same reason. Ill keep my money samsung.
