Hi, just got my S23 ultra not long ago, and I just realize that it will restart itself in the morning when I am not using it, but funny thing is my phone up time is not reset to zero, to me it looks like a soft restart, and I am sure my auto restart in device care is disabled, can anyone help me out with this issue?
I recommend bringing it back to the phone company where you bought it and just tell them that you just got the phone and it's having problems and they will replace this one with a new one bc my phone had same problem and considering you just got it that shouldn't be a problem.
I did bring it back to the service center, but they told me no problem was found according to the system, and I suspect the reason of this restart thing is somehow relate to the memory clearing from Device care. Btw did they tell you why it happens to your phone?
