S23 Ultra selfie cam issue with vertical lines on pictures

Anyone know how to fix this? When using some other apps, such as Facebook Messenger on a Video Call which uses this same camera everything is clear. 

On photos, WhatsApp, Samsung video calls..etc. it looks like this with the lines:

Does that happen with other apps but not the main camera app?

It's the main camera app and most other apps as well. The only one that has shown up normal was a Facebook Messenger video call. Everything else has the lines.

Does your camera make a rattleling noise when you are using your camera?
