Since I got the S23 Ultra brand new, people say my voice cut in and out during phone conversations. I had the base S23 and didn't have this problem. I haven't changed locations or anything. Is something wrong with my phone or have others ran into this problem as well?

We suggest resetting your network settings by following these steps:
Settings
Scroll down to General management.
Tap Reset.
Tap Reset network settings. (Mobile Data and Wi-Fi/Bluetooth)
Tap the Reset settings button from the following screen.
If the calls are still cutting out afterwards you can also try getting a new SIM card from your network carrier.
If both of these do not seem to help the next thing we suggest is to have a certified technician take a look at the device to see what's going on.
You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864. For service outside the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html I do apologize for any
