Since I got the S23 Ultra brand new, people say my voice cut in and out during phone conversations. I had the base S23 and didn't have this problem. I haven't changed locations or anything. Is something wrong with my phone or have others ran into this problem as well?

Hello AngelicAngel, Thank you for being part of the Community. We understand how frustrating it is for others to not be able to hear you during a call.

We suggest resetting your network settings by following these steps:

Settings
Scroll down to General management.
Tap Reset.
Tap Reset network settings. (Mobile Data and Wi-Fi/Bluetooth)
Tap the Reset settings button from the following screen.

If the calls are still cutting out afterwards you can also try getting a new SIM card from your network carrier.

If both of these do not seem to help the next thing we suggest is to have a certified technician take a look at the device to see what's going on.

You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864. For service outside the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html I do apologize for any

If your voice cuts in and out during calls on your S23 Ultra, but not on the base S23, it could be due to network issues, software glitches, or hardware problems. Ensure your phone's software is up-to-date, restart the phone, and check for any apps that might be affecting call quality

Are you using cellular network or WiFi network when calling? Check if you have WiFi calls enabled
