Hello, There.
I would recommend clearing your cache partition on the device.
Power off the device
Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby / Power key.
Once the Android Recovery screen comes up, release the buttons.
Use the Volume Down buttons until you are highlighting ‘Wipe cache partition.’
Press the Power button to select ‘Wipe cache partition.’
Use Volume Down to highlight Yes.
Press the Power button to confirm the action to clear the cache.
Wait for a second as the system wipes the cache.
Press the Power button again to reboot the device.
If the symptoms continue, then back-up, and factory data reset the device. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029
Make sure to do any updates after the reset before adding any applications back to your device.
The symptoms should be resolved at this point. I would slowly add the applications back to your device, and check between each one to see if there are any changes. If the symptoms are still occurring, a software reflash or service may be needed. We recommend reaching out to a local service center in your area for diagnostics. http://www.samsung.com/us/service
