I need help urgently everything apps of gps no work in some times.

Everyone else having issues with GPS? Google maps flips around in random directions and Doordash driver app things I'm miles away from where I am on occasion. It's unfortunate to spend $1200 on a phone with GPS issues. I rely on it for work.

Yessssssss! I work for door dash as well and I changed my map settings to Waze and it worked ok for awhile then it started to do flips . Since the update on Feb 12 my phone has been crappy

Does it keep your apps open? I multi app with Uber, DD, and insta and when I quickly switch apps they are never where I left off and have to reload for a couple seconds. Causes me to miss good orders. Never had this issue on I phone... Just got this phone last week

The gps doesn't work half the time on the s23 ultra unlocked version, it is the most annoying thing ever when you need directions at busy intersection and have to pull over to restart the phone , it's so embarrassing having a brand new phone not work the way it should after spending all the money I did, I really hope samsung does something with it or sadly I have to switch to apple

When you say the GPS is not working are you talking about on apps like Google Maps or Waze?

On everything Google maps and waze , it does fine for few trips rhen I try it when I'm near different location it completely drops the signal and Is frozen doesn't do anything

Yesss, terrible, got late to a meeting today because I had no gps signal in my S23+, it's UNBELIEVABLE!

Hello, We understand how frustrating it can be when you are unable to use GPS. We do have some troubleshooting steps that may help, here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001575

We've also had other Members suggest disable both "Wi-Fi Scanning" and "Bluetooth Scanning" by going to Settings> Location>Location services.

If GPS still is not working correctly, we recommend having the phone evaluated by an authorized service center.
