Samsung Internet app just keeps saying "loading"

Every time I open my phone the Samsung internet App is loaded. It is asking me to use it as my default browser. I stopped using it because it constantly shows me adds when I log in. Frustrating. I've done force stop. I stopped popups. I've removed all history. I've restored the app to factory settings. 

Suggestions?

Use Brave browser.

I use chrome. But try this.
Settings- apps- Samsung internet- browser app- then select the default app. Try that
