Hey, I have recently purchased an Samsung galaxy S23+ as upgraded from note 9 and I have noticed that there is significant battery drain. I didn't install any apps. Any one help me plz. And also the software is up to date to one UI 6.1.
Go to your mobile data settings and restrict everything you don't need using data to wifi. It will take a short time to notice your usage patterns. Your battery life will improve. Go to your battery settings and adjust the settings to power saving and put all apps to sleep or deep sleep. You can wake them up when you need them. Turn Wifi off from autoconnect. Go to permissions and go down the list and see what is turning your location, bluetooth, nearby, and wifi on and off, etc.
Ok, but is this draining battery thing common or an software bug, as I wasn't expecting from a Samsung Premium Series phone, as this series comes with the Snapdragon chip! I will use this default for a month, as I just found that the phone needed to see the daily usage. And optimize it based on that.
My s23 Ultra has no battery problems, but that said if you were going to upgrade you should of just jumped to the s24 Ultra or waited for the s25 Ultra 🤷:male_sign: It can’t be more then 5 months away now 🤔.
