For what its worth, I actually have had the same issues with my Dual wireless charger if i dont plug it into my 45w Samsung charging block that came with my Note 20 Ultra years ago even though it the Duo came with a 25w one

I know what your saying. Do you have a Type C Laptop charger? Try that first before buying another block if you can.
