Secure folder Password

I always use my fingerprint for my secure folder. It's not giving me that option. I don't remember the key password and there is no 'forgot password' button. How can I reset without losing my items? Thank you

It can't be reset. I think you have to remove it then add it again, or reset whole phone.

This may be the answer that I found in settings goto apps than Samsung account than more options sign in top right run secure folder find mistype or reset and change password

I dont see "Samsung account' in the apps

Try the option just did open secure folder enter a password and than the reset option

No. Now the 'unistall' button appeared but I am hopeful I'll find a way. I dont want to lose what's in there. Thank you though

The password reset should be there that is from Samsung site
