I always use my fingerprint for my secure folder. It's not giving me that option. I don't remember the key password and there is no 'forgot password' button. How can I reset without losing my items? Thank you
It doesn't have the option "restore from backup" from secure folder. The only option is enter the pin. If uninstall, all files in the folder will be gone.
Sorry! I don't believe there is a way to access your files without a pin. I'd contact Samsung to see if they can help somehow. If "reset with Samsung was enabled when you set it up, it would have shown an option to reset your pin in an event you forgot the pin.
