My husband & I are unable to use our cellphones and I've been awake since 2:30am EST, OHIO. For several hours, internet service was down. It was restored around 5am. Errors were: E403 and E013. 🤷‍:female_sign:

It's not a carrier outage, it's a samsung issue. I have confirmed with 10 people around me that their phones have service with ATT. I have confirmed if I swap my Sim card out of my S24 and into my Motorola, that I have service but I swap my sim card back into my samsung and I have no service

I have no idea. I had this same exact issue with my S22 less than 2 months ago. After replacing the 5G antenna in the phone and multiple Sim and Esim cards, resetting the network signal at the store and on the phone, the phone still would not connect to service. The result of the diag was a bad motherboard which would be 250 to replace so luckily a few weeks after that, the S24 was released, soI used my backup phone in the meantime. Now im having the same issue with my S24 🤬

Don't listen to that person. They're intentionally lying just to make Samsung look bad. It's an AT&T nationwide outage that AT&T and several news companies have confirmed themselves.

So explain why when I swap my sim card to my other phone, I have service. If it was ATT, i wouldn't have service is my other phone

It's affecting a lot users. No way you actually believe it's affecting every single last person on earth. Maybe you should actually go research the topic (like actually go Google AT&T) instead of intentionally spreading lies on here. I have Verizon and my service work fine but my girlfriend has AT&T and hers doesn't. Oh by the way I'm using an Galaxy S24 Ultra.

It's my samsung, because my service works when I switch it to my back up Motorola phone. I asked all 25 people i work with who have at&t and they all have service. I see the outage reports but I'm not experiencing that
