So i backed up only my secure folder to a pendrive on an S23+ with smartswitch and it all went well. No interruptions no errors no problem at all. But now i'm trying to restore this back up and every SmartSwitch is telling me "There is no items that can be restored"
But when i check my pendrive in a PC everything is there and every file is there (It wont open the JPG files as it says its not supported but that is probably because of encryption)

What do i do to get my photos back?image_2025-02-07_123853634.pngScreenshot.png

Have you tried clicking "ok" to make that window disappear and then tapping "manually select file" and then locating the drive/backup file?

The message appears after manually trying to select a folder. It says (for all folders) That there is no items that can be restored

A failed backup may be the culprit. Ensure that you run a full backup without any issues, and then you can try to restore later. I tried this several times back then with my Note 9 and some features did not work correctly

So i do not have the phone anymore... šŸ˜ž there is no way to fix this if not doing another backup? i can see the files on manager, each individually
