Hello Dumbiryani,

Thank you so much for posting. Welcome to the Samsung Community. We understand that after the software update you no longer get vibration or any notification sounds on calls or texts.
Here are some things that may help. Check the sound and vibration settings. Go to Settings> sounds and vibrations>make sure vibrate or sound is selected.
Under call vibration>make sure call vibration intensity is set high enough and that silent is not selected.
Under Notification vibration> make sure Notification vibration intensity is set to high and that silent is not selected.
Under Vibration intensity> make sure call, notifications, system, and media settings are set high enough to your liking.
You may want to double-check that Do Not Disturb mode is not on. Go to settings> notifications> Do not Disturb> tap Do not Disturb Switch off.
Check the phone and messages apps for notifications to be allowed.
Go to Settings> App notifications> find the phone and message apps> tap the switch on to allow notifications.
Next, Make sure a Mode isn't causing the lack of notifications and vibrations. Go to Settings> Modes and Routines> tap the mode that have been set and make sure that the Do Not Disturb times are correct to your liking.

If the above steps have not solved this issue reset your phone settings to default without erasing apps or data.
Go to settings> tap General Management> tap Reset> Reset all settings> tap reset to confirm> your phone will restart.

Sometimes a phone fails to perform properly when a third party app is causing the issue. Safe Mode allows you to identify if this is the reason.

Press and hold the side button and volume down button at the same time> tap Safe mode icon when it appears> Safe mode will display at the bottom of screen> check if issue is still ongoing> if issue is no longer there a third party app is causing this> exit Safe mode by restarting device> Uninstall most recent apps until malicious app is uninstalled

If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician.
