I bought a new S23 a couple months ago. It runs on Android 14 One UI ver 6.0. I found out that voice-to-text from Vietnamese to English in the Samsung text app does not work. Weird wordings came out that do not have any remote resemblance to what was dictated.
I have contacted Samsung Tech Support (ticket #150195072) but they said this issue has never been reported. I was very surprised by this response since it would have affected tons of customers. Also, this functionality worked great on my 4 yrs old LG G8 ThinQ and a number of other brands. Has anyone encountered this same problem?
I have resolved this issue by myself just by changing Voice Input to Google Voice Typing in Settings! 😁 Samsung tech support, please add this finding to your solution toolbox.
