Anyone else having a issue with the volume of the S23 Ultra? When I'm watching a video rather it's YouTube or something along those lines without my buds connected my volume level would drop for no reason without me touching the phone. Is there a fix for this??

Haven't had that problem as yet also have the 23 ultra. Try going to settings sounds and vibration hit the volume button then check your volume on all...media ringtone system and notifications. See if that helps. If you did the new install it might have effected your volumes. It gave my phone some glitches which I had to fix. But few things like the notifications screen is a. bust with its monochrome grey & putting on items & apps I had turned off. Hope this was of some help

Hello, welcome to the Community, and thanks for reaching out. I can understand how annoying and inconvenient it is to have your volume lower suddenly while watching videos. You can try clearing your device's cache partition with these steps to see if the behavior is smoothed out:
- Power off your device.
- While the device is powered off, simultaneously press and hold the power and volume up buttons.
- Once the Samsung logo appears, release both buttons. Your device should boot into recovery mode.

Using the volume buttons to navigate and the power button to select:

- Navigate to "wipe cache partition" and press power.
- Select yes to confirm.
- Navigate down to "Repair apps" and press power.

If this doesn't resolve the behavior, you can try a factory reset, so long as you back up everything you wish not to lose prior: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/

If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician.
