Galaxy S23Dear Samsung Customer Care,
I am writing to report an issue with my Samsung Galaxy S23, which has been experiencing automatic screen refreshing without any user input. This issue significantly disrupts my usage and affects the overall experience of the device.
Issue Details:
The screen automatically refreshes or reloads apps and pages without any action from me.
This occurs randomly across different applications, including social media, web browsing, and messaging apps.
The issue persists even after restarting the phone and clearing cache data.
My device software is up to date, and no third-party apps have been installed that could potentially cause this behavior.
Steps Taken to Fix the Issue:
Restarted the phone multiple times.
Cleared cache and app data.
Ensured the latest software updates were installed.
Checked for any conflicting settings, but the issue persists.
I request Samsung to investigate this matter and provide a solution as soon as possible. If needed, I am willing to provide further details or visit a service center for inspection.

Galaxy S23If so, it is caused by a 3rd party app which you have installed.

Galaxy S23@karthi08 Sounds like the next step is to make sure that your important data is backed up and then do a factory data reset.

Galaxy S23Hii @LongHiker
I've tried multiple times, even visiting the Samsung service center for software reflashes, but the auto-refreshing issue keeps returning within a month. So disappointed with the Samsung OS! š #Samsung #Software #Problem #Phone #TechSupport #Frustration

Galaxy S23Not only in 3rd party apps, even the Samsung Office app has this issue! When I use the Samsung camera app to record video, auto-refreshing causes multiple frames to be missing in the recording. How can I accept this? #Samsung #CameraApp #Bug #Software #Problem #TechSupport

Galaxy S23You may have a hardware issue. My S23 Ultra has none of the issues that you are reporting.

Galaxy S23Sorry I mentioned the Samsung official app. I understand, but the Samsung service center said it's a software issue need to reflash. If it's a hardware problem,my phone is under warranty, I need a replacement. I need a proper solution from Samsung.
